Mark Thomson

Mark joined Harkness Henry in 1983. After four years with the firm, he spent 15 months working for law firms in London and then returned to Hamilton and became a partner of the firm in 1989. He heads the private client team, working out of our Hamilton and Paeroa offices.

Mark has a diverse property law practice. He has expertise in the areas of small businesses, rural property, subdivisions, land and property transactions, estate planning and trust law.
