Jillene Peters

Jillene specialises in probate and the administration of estates, and also practices in the areas of wills, powers of attorney, and the sale and purchase of residential property.

Jillene holds a masters degree in the arts (with honours) and an honours degree in law. She has been a lawyer at Harkness Henry since 1995 and during that time has also practised in the commercial property and family law areas. She has written articles and given seminars on various property and estate planning topics and was made an Associate of the firm in 2000.
